We offer the 8-week MBSR and MBCT program (including a 4-hour silent retreat with live guidance) to the general public and to those experiencing chronic pain, stress, depression, or anxiety (ages 16+). These programs are typically offered in groups, but individual sessions are available. We also offer individual 4-hour silent retreats and private mindfulness meditations with live guidance.

Eight-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course, hosted over ZOOM
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course, which will commence in Winter 2021
We also offer mindfulness psychotherapy to people of all ages, to make them feel better and meet goals. To help you, the best kinds of modern psychotherapy, such as cognitive behaviour therapy, along with meditation sessions and assessments with mindfulness, are available. You can select from individual sessions and several types of group therapies.
